वेदिका प्रलय की कार में बैठी थी। लेकिन आज उसके चेहरे पर वही पुरानी बेचैनी लौट आई थी।
फोन वाली बात उसके दिमाग में बार-बार घूम रही थी।
प्रलय ड्राइव कर रहा था, लेकिन उसकी नजरें बीच-बीच में वेदिका पर भी जा रही थीं।
“तुम अभी भी उसी कॉल के बारे में सोच रही हो?” उसने पूछा।
वेदिका ने हल्का सा सिर हिलाया।
“मुझे समझ नहीं आ रहा… वो चाहता क्या है।”
प्रलय की आवाज़ ठंडी हो गई।
